Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Free 15-Minute Intro Consults

Complimentary consultations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of free consultation privileges. Future sessions will require booking a paid consultation.

Paid Consulting Sessions

Payment is required at the time of booking. Paid sessions are non-refundable.

One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.

Late Arrivals

To respect scheduled appointment times, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened or forfeited at the consultant’s discretion.
