Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Free 15-Minute Intro Consults
Free consultations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of free consult privileges.

Paid Strategy Sessions
Payment is required at booking and sessions are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late sessions are forfeited.

Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
