Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Info Chick Business Consulting operates with structured scheduling to respect both client and consultant time. Please review this policy prior to booking.

Booking & Payment

All advisory sessions require full payment at the time of booking.

Sessions are reserved exclusively for the scheduled client and are considered confirmed once payment is received.

All paid sessions are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened or canceled at the consultant’s discretion. The full session fee still applies.

Service Scope & Disclaimer

Info Chick Business Consulting provides structured advisory services focused on business organization, compliance awareness, operational clarity, and structural readiness.

Services do not include:

▪ Tax preparation
▪ Bookkeeping services
▪ Filing or submission of documents

Clients are encouraged to consult licensed attorneys, CPAs, or other qualified professionals for legal, tax, or accounting matters.

By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
